SC to take up Agha Siraj bail case on April 14

The Supreme Court will take up the bail case of Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani and other accused on April 14. 

According to 24NewsHD TV channel Thursday, a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial will hear the case on April 14.

Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Ayesha A Malik will be part of the bench.

The Supreme Court issued notices to other parties, including the Prosecutor General NAB.
