Dengue tally rises to seven with latest confirmed infection

Dengue virus was confirmed in a patient undergoing treatment at Faisalabad Allied Hospital-I, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

The affected patient is a resident of the Chiniot district.

The 47-year-old affected patient has been shifted to the isolation ward.

The number of patients affected by dengue this year has reached 7, including 2 from Faisalabad district and 2 from Chiniot district, while there is one each from Sheikhupura, Lahore and Rawalpindi.
