Brawl, shooting outside University of Narowal

A youth was subjected to severe beating by a group of other youngsters outside the gate of University of Narowal, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

It is learnt that an exchange of barbs between two groups of youngsters turned into a brawl which later turned more violent as the youngsters of one group tortured severely a youth of another group.

The gunshots were also fired during the brawl.

It can be seen in the footage, which was made available to 24NewsHD TV channel, that a group of youngsters is slapping and kicking a youth of rival group.

The sound of gunshots can also be heard in the footage.

The accused were identified as Farooq Abdullah and others.

The victim was identified as Ghazanfar.

Police registered a case and launched investigation.
