COAS pays tribute to women on International Women’s Day

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has paid rich tributes to women on the eve of International Women’s Day is being observed today (Monday).

Pakistan Army’s media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has posted the message of the COAS on Twitter in which the COAS has praised women working in forces and women working in other sectors as well.

“Pakistani women contributed immensely for the glory & honour of our nation. They are also @ forefront against COVID.”

He added, “Women in uniform have proved their mettle by contributing copiously in diverse fields serving the nation & humanity.”

COAS said in the end that all women deserve our immense respect and gratitude.
