Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has presided over a meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) wherein the committee has approved setting a wheat procurement target of 1.8 million metric tonnes for Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation (PASSCO), reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

In the meeting held in Islamabad on Wednesday, it was decided that PASSCO will purchase wheat at the rate of Rs3,900 per maund. 

Moreover, a grant of Rs10 million has also been approved for former squash champion Jansher Khan as he is suffering from different ailments.
