Protection of women’s rights govt’s top priority: Mohsin Naqvi

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Saturday said that protection of women’s right is current government’s top priority, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

In his message on the occasion of International Women Day, Mohsin Naqvi said that only those nations achieve progress and prosperity who protect women’s rights and upholds honor.

Mohsin Naqvi said that we also need to acknowledge our women’s right to achieve progress and development.

Interior Minister said that Islam gives all the rights which a woman deserve and there is no example available in this world.

Mohsin Naqvi said that education, employment and providing equal opportunities are vital for women for progress.

He said that women are half of our population and we have to raise our voice for rights of women. 

We should vow that we will take adopt every measure for progress and empowerment of our women and provide them a safe atmosphere.
