Balochistan Assembly passes resolution praising armed forces over ‘Marka-e-Haq’

The Balochistan Assembly on Friday passed a joint resolution paying tribute to Pakistan’s armed forces for their role in national security and the successful completion of "Marka-e-Haq" (Operation Bunyan-e-Marsoos), 24NewsHD TV reported.

The resolution was presented in the house by Balochistan CM Mir Sarfraz Bugti during an ongoing session of the provincial assembly in Quetta.

According to the resolution, the assembly praised Pakistan’s armed forces, including the army, navy, and air force, for defending the country, safeguarding national security, and giving a “strong response” to enemy aggression.

The resolution claimed that Pakistan Air Force fighter pilots shot down seven enemy aircraft and destroyed several air bases, while enemy defence systems and multiple military posts were also targeted.

It further stated that some enemy positions allegedly raised white flags and appealed for mercy during the conflict.

The assembly said the operation was not merely a symbolic success but a “historic turning point” that further strengthened Pakistan’s strategic resolve and altered the regional balance of power and defence strategy.

The assembly reaffirmed that the people of Balochistan stand shoulder to shoulder with the country’s armed forces for the defence, stability, and development of Pakistan.
