Lahore High Court (LHC) has disposed of the plea of Naveed, prime accused in attack on former prime minister Imran Khan, seeking release from unlawful detention as he has not been presented before the court so far, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Justice Anwar-ul-Haq of LHC heard the plea. Earlier, LHC Registrar Office had rejected the plea. The court declared that LHC Registrar Office had rejected the plea on merit.
