The main points of the proposed 27th Constitutional Amendment have been revealed, according to which the new post of Chief of Defence Forces has been introduced in the 27th Constitutional Amendment and the Army Chief will be the Chief of Defence Forces. Those who have obtained the rank of Field Marshal, Marshal of the Air Force and Admiral of the Fleet will remain in uniform for life.

According to the proposed constitutional amendment, the Army Chief, Naval Chief and Air Chief will be appointed by the President on the advice of the Prime Minister, and the post of Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee will be abolished.

The Judicial Commission will be given the power to transfer judges of the High Court. If a judge refuses to accept the transfer, he will be considered retired.

If a judge of the High Court does not accept the appointment to the Federal Constitutional Court or the Supreme Court, he will be considered retired. If a judge of the Supreme Court refuses to become a judge of the Federal Constitutional Court, he will be considered retired.

The President will appoint the first Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court from among the judges of the Supreme Court on the advice of the Prime Minister. The first judges of the Federal Constitutional Court will be appointed by the President on the advice of the Prime Minister in consultation with the Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court.
