Unidentified persons kidnapped two civil workers of the Frontier Works Organisation (FWO) from Data Khel area in North Waziristan Agency on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Unnamed persons kidnapped two FWO workers in the afternoon from the Data Khel area located in Tehsil Spinwam of North Waziristan.

Following the incident, the security officials launched a rescue operation for the FWO abducted employees. 

North Waziristan DSP Azam Khan said victims will be rescued soon. “We have asked the Data Khel tribal elders to cooperate so that FWO workers can be rescued as soon as possible.”
