Federal govt appoints chairman and members of Benami Adjudicating Authority

Federal government has appointed chairman and members of Benami Adjudicating Authority Islamabad. Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) issued notification regarding the appointments after the approval of federal cabinet, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the notification, retired officer Waqar Ahmed is appointed as member and chairman of the authority, while retired officer Zahoor Ahmed is appointed as member of the authority. Moreover, the retired officer Abdul Majid Yousafani is also appointed as member of the authority. 

According to the notification, the chairman and members of the authority will be appointed for a period of 3 years.
