The Federal Cabinet Sub-Committee Monday decided to put the names of accused of killing Noor Muqaddam on the Exit Control List (ECL).

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the committee took the decision in a meeting chaired by Federal Law Minister Barrister Farogh Naseem and forwarded it to the Federal Cabinet.

Federal Minister for Interior Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad and some National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officials also joined the meeting and decided to place the names of the killer Zahir Jaffar and his parents on the no-fly list.

The meeting discussed in detail the lists of persons to be included and expelled from the ECL, the committee spokesperson said.
