Cricket Australia’s recce team arrives in Lahore

Ahead of Australia’s T20 cricket team’s tour to Pakistan, which is scheduled for the last week of January, 2026, the recce team of Cricket Australia reached Lahore on Tuesday to inspect security arrangements, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Quoting its sources, 24News TV channel reported that during its stay in the provincial capital, the team would inspect the venues for the matches.
The team would visit Qaddafi Stadium, NCA and LCCA grounds, sources said, adding that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and security officials would brief the team about the arrangements made for the tour.
Pakistan and Australia are due to play three T20 Internationals in Lahore.
