Quantum Intelligence 2071 launched in Istanbul at an international ceremony

The international launch ceremony of the book Quantum Intelligence 2071, focusing on future intelligence paradigms, quantum technologies, and security foresight, was held at Rami Library in Istanbul.

The event was attended by distinguished representatives from diplomacy, academia, the judiciary, public administration, defense institutions, and the media.

The book is authored by Prof Dr Ramazan Biçer and Dr Eda Alemdar, and edited by Dr Moneeba Iftikhar, a leading Pakistani academic and communication scholar.

The Chief Guest of the ceremony was Khawaja Khurram Naeem, Honourable Consul General of Pakistan in Istanbul, who, in his address, highlighted the strategic and intellectual value of Pakistan–Türkiye academic collaboration and emphasized the importance of joint knowledge creation in emerging domains of security, technology, and governance.

Addressing the ceremony from Pakistan, Dr Moneeba Iftikhar stated that Quantum Intelligence 2071 is not merely an academic publication but a shared intellectual vision reflecting Pakistan–Türkiye cooperation, future-oriented thinking, and interdisciplinary scholarship.

The authors emphasized that the book integrates artificial intelligence, consciousness studies, quantum technologies, and state governance within a single conceptual framework.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Mian Waqar Badshah, Founding President of the Pakistan–Türkiye Friendship Association and Honorary Advisor to the Consulate General of Pakistan in Istanbul, along with representatives from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, senior administrative and defense experts, renowned artist Ahmet Şafak, and members of national and international media.

In her concluding remarks, Dr. Moneeba Iftikhar expressed her sincere gratitude to the leadership of Pakistan and Türkiye for their vision and support, paid tribute to the Pakistan Army—particularly the Field Marshal—for contributions to national security and stability, and acknowledged the academic leadership and institutional encouragement of Lahore College for Women University, especially its Vice Chancellor, for supporting international scholarly engagement.

The event concluded with a book signing session and commemorative photographs, marking Quantum Intelligence 2071 as a significant milestone in Pakistan–Türkiye academic and intellectual collaboration.
