Toll 66 as another Ghotki train tragedy victim dies

The death toll in the Ghotki train tragedy has reached 66 after another injured breathed her last on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Shamim Bibi succumbed to her injuries at Rahim Yar Khan’s Shaikh Zayed Hospital.
RYK hospital Director Emergency Dr Asif Shah said that 10 dead bodies were brought to the hospital and eight have been identified. Dr Asif said three patients were on ventilators.

Moreover, 62 dead bodies out of 66 dead in the Ghotki train accident have been identified and handed over to their heirs.
Four bodies in Rahim Yar Khan Hospital are yet to be identified.
The tragic incident occurred at Daharki in Ghotki district of Sindh when a packed train ploughed into another express that had derailed just minutes earlier.
