Schools closed in Punjab from March 10 to 31, exams to continue as scheduled

The School Education Department has issued a formal notification announcing holidays in schools from March 10 to March 31 in Punjab.

According to the department, the decision has been taken to conserve petrol in view of the prevailing international situation. Officials said the measure aims to reduce fuel consumption during the current circumstances.

The notification clarified that all types of examinations in schools will continue as per the announced schedule.

The department further stated that all educational activities, except examinations, will continue through online platforms during the holiday period to ensure continuity of learning.
