In a bold leap forward for AI-powered engineering, Cadence Design Systems has officially launched the Millennium M2000 Supercomputer, a high-performance AI system built with Nvidia RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs and designed to slash simulation run times by up to 80x compared to traditional CPU setups.

Unveiled at CadenceLIVE Silicon Valley 2025, the M2000 is the latest addition to Cadence’s Millennium Enterprise Platform. It’s been purpose-built for intense workloads across electronic design automation (EDA), system design and analysis (SDA), and even drug discovery, reflecting Cadence's growing footprint beyond chip design into broader industries like aerospace and life sciences.
