The minister said the activity was arranged with the collaboration of #PTC this season under the 10 Billion Tsunami Tree Programme.

Reportedly, the Geological Survey of Pakistan (GSP) has demarcated over 700 acres of land in Bani Gala for the construction of a zoological and botanical garden.

The Ministry of Climate Change also said Pakistan is taking the lead on tackling climate change and reversing environmental degradation.

“In another unprecedented move, Pakistan has announced that it will be holding World Environment Day 2021 in partnership with United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP),” the ministry said in a tweet.
