A man shot dead his 18-year-old unmarried niece and her alleged lover in the name of honour and fled away in Jaffarabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to police, the incident took place in Mohabbat Shah Goth Bahadur Khan area of Jaffarabad, Balochistan.

On information, police reached the spot and shifted the bodies to Dera Allah Yar District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital.

The bodies were later handed over to the family after medico-legal formalities at the hospital.

Police were investigating the incident.

Karachi police bust gang of women thieves

Karachi police on Sunday busted a three-member gang of women thieves with the help of CCTV footage and recovered expensive clothes of different brands from them, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the SSP East, the accused women used to steal clothes from different malls and shops pretending to be customers.

Identified as Hameeda, Ghulam Fatima and Ayesha, the accused were held within the Mobina Town police precincts.

In the CCTV footage made available to 24NewsHD TV channel, the accused can clearly be seen stealing clothes from a shop.
