With the onset of winter season, Ogra hikes LPG price

As the winters are approaching near, the government has increased the prices of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by Rs2.96 per kg, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority issued a notification on Tuesday regarding the LPG price increase.  

According to the notification, the LPG price has been hiked by Rs2.96/kg and with this increase, the price of domestic LPG cylinder jacked up by Rs34.91. 

The new LPG price will be effective from the month of November. 

As per the notification, the new LPG price will be Rs204.16/kg and the domestic LPG cylinder will be available at Rs2,409.16.

The LPG price in October was Rs201.20/kg and the domestic cylinder was being sold last month at Rs2,374.25.
