Pakistan People Party (PPP) Secretary General Nayyar Hussain Bukhari has said that Prime Minister’s statement to negotiate with the TTP is very sensitive, reported 24NewsHD TV Friday.

He said the PM has stated in an interview to forgive the TTP is to rub salt on the wounds of the heirs of the martyrs. He also said that the prime minister has bypassed the parliament regarding the talks with TTP.

He added that such steps will create a negative image of the country at the international level. Prime Minister should inform the parliament that what are the conditions of the ongoing talks with the TTP in Afghanistan, he said.

"PM should also explain why the government kept the news from Parliament and political parties."

Bukhari demanded that government should immediately convene a meeting of parliament and take it into confidence regarding the talks.
