BHC orders major administrative reshuffle of judicial officers

The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Wednesday ordered transfer and posting of several senior judicial officers.

According to the official notification, District and Sessions Judge Kuchlak Nasir Khan Yousafzai has been appointed Registrar (B-22) of the Balochistan High Court. Meanwhile, Registrar Abdul Qayyum Lehri has been transferred and posted District and Sessions Judge Barkhan.

A series of district-level reshuffles were also announced:

Zafarullah Bazai, District and Sessions Judge Kharan, has been posted District and Sessions Judge Sariab.

Inayatullah Kakar, District and Sessions Judge Sariab, has been appointed District and Sessions Judge Kharan.

Muhammad Ali Kakar, District and Sessions Judge Barkhan, has been transferred to serve as District and Sessions Judge Uthal.

Zahoor Ahmed Lango, who had been serving as Acting District and Sessions Judge Uthal, has now been posted Additional District and Sessions Judge Uthal.

Additionally, the additional charge of the court of District and Sessions Judge Kuchlak has been assigned to the District and Sessions Judge Quetta.
