Former Federal Health Minister and eminent physician, Professor Dr Javed Akram, has been recognised among the top 2 percent of scientists worldwide for his outstanding contributions to research.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the recognition, which includes experts in clinical medicine and health policy, places Dr Akram among the most influential researchers globally.
Stanford University in the United States recently released a list of the top 2 percent of scientists across various fields, highlighting their research achievements and impact in the scientific community.
Dr Javed Akram’s inclusion reflects his significant contributions to medical research and health policy studies.
This accolade not only honours Dr Akram’s personal achievements but also underscores Pakistan’s growing role in global scientific research.
