As the sex crimes are rising in the society, the criminals have also indulged in an obnoxious business where they snatch the young girls and sell them to their customers in order to mint money. One such case surfaced in Hafizabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

According to details, a first year student, daughter of a poor man, was coming home from her academy when few men intercepted her in the limits of Venaikey police station in Hafizabad. They bundled her in their car and drove her to their place where they raped her.

Then the criminals sold the young girl for Rs600,000 to a brothel house.

The victim girl who managed to escape from the brothel, said that the accused subjected her to torture and also cut her hair.

Her parents told the media that police neither arrested the accused, nor did they run their daughter’s medical test. Rather the law personnel hurled threats at the victim family, they alleged.

The family appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi to take notice of the grave injustice done to their daughter, alleging that police were not arresting the accused because they were influential.
