A student group, armed with sticks and batons, attacked Kallar Syedan Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital where the students of a rival group had been brought to following a clash, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

It was learnt that a clash had occurred between two student groups in Kallar Syedan tehsil, and the students of one group attacked the THQ Hospital where the students of the rival group had been brought to for treatment.

Footages of the horrific attack on the hospital went viral on social media. In these footages, a group of students can be seen throwing stones and vandalising the hospital property.

They also tortured the hospital staff in the presence of the police. The doctors in the hospital saved their lives by locking themselves up in the washrooms.

At least, nine people were injured. Three students were injured in the clash before the hospital attack. Six people were injured in the fight outside the hospital.
