British Council postpones exams scheduled for Thursday

Amidst the developing uncertain situation in the country, the British Council Wednesday postponed its ‘O’-level and ‘A’-level examinations scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday) across Pakistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

Earlier, the British Council had postponed all the exams to be held on Wednesday.

“Due to the sudden developing situation in the country British Council has cancelled all exams scheduled on Thursday 11/5/23 as well, including Cambridge school exams both for AM and PM sessions,” said British Council in a statement.

Pakistan is currently undergoing violent mass protests across the country after opposition leader and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman was arrested by Rangers for Islamabad High Court premises On Tuesday in Al-Qadir Trust case that is being investigated by National Accountability Bureau.
