Dengue cases surge in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The cases of dengue are on the rise in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as 254 new cases have been reported during last 24 hours, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
According to the KP health department, the total number of dengue patients have reached 11,613. The highest number of cases were reported in Peshawar where 202 people were diagnosed with dengue virus.
In Kohat, 21 people were infected by this vector-borne disease.
According to the stats provided by the provincial health department, as many as 9,278 people have recovered from dengue in the KP province so far.
