Justin Baldoni hit with fresh harassment claims as second accuser may testify in explosive Blake Lively trial

Justin Baldoni is facing fresh scrutiny after another individual came forward with harassment allegations, according to newly filed court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.

In a sworn declaration submitted by Blake Lively’s lawyer, the individual,  whose name was redacted, claimed they endured “repeated, negative interactions with Mr. Baldoni and his associates, including verbal abuse by Mr. Baldoni.”

The person further alleged that Baldoni was “not permitted on set during the majority of production as a result of those experiences,” and said they specifically requested that he “not be involved in marketing or public relations efforts.”

A source told TMZ the individual is “likely to testify against Justin in Lively’s trial.”

Although the declaration does not concern It Ends With Us, the accuser said they had previously worked with Baldoni on another project tied to his company, Wayfarer Studios.

The filing, dated September 4, also mentioned Baldoni’s business partner and Wayfarer co-founder Steve Sarowitz, noting that the accuser had been contacted by Sarowitz’s assistant to arrange a meeting, though no agenda was given.

The documents were filed under penalty of perjury. The fresh allegations landed as Lively filed a sweeping new motion seeking attorney’s fees, treble damages, and punitive damages against Wayfarer Studios and its executives.

Her lawyers argue the company’s defamation suit was “baseless from the start” and intended to retaliate after she reported harassment and retaliation.

The motion accused Wayfarer of trying to “damage her credibility and conceal their own unlawful acts” by flooding the docket with redacted exhibits and personal attacks.

Lively’s team says this is precisely the type of conduct California Civil Code Section 47.1 was designed to prevent, and is urging the court to impose severe penalties.

The documents also cite alleged threats by Sarowitz, who reportedly vowed to spend $100 million to “ruin the lives” of Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds.

One filing quotes him as saying: “I will protect the studio like Israel protected itself from Hamas. There were 39,000 dead bodies. There will be two dead bodies when I’m done. Minimum. Not dead, but ‘you’re dead to me.’”

Baldoni and Lively have been locked in a legal war for months. In December 2024, the actress sued him for alleged sexual harassment on set, claims he denied. Baldoni and Wayfarer then countersued Lively, her publicist Leslie Sloane, and Reynolds for defamation.

He also filed a $250 million suit against The New York Times over its bombshell report on the harassment claims, but that case was dismissed in June when Judge Lewis J. Liman ruled that Lively’s allegations were made in privileged court documents.

The judge wrote: “The Wayfarer Parties have not alleged that Lively is responsible for any statements other than those in her CRD complaint, which are privileged. Accordingly, the Amended Complaint must be dismissed in its entirety.”

The latest filing suggests more explosive revelations could emerge as the case heads toward trial.
