Imran Khan announces his first public gathering after removal

Chairman Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) and former prime minister Imran Khan has announced to hold a public gathering in Peshawar after Isha on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

Taking to Twitter, Imran Khan said that this will be his first public gathering after being removed through a foreign instigated regime change.

Imran Khan said that “I want our people to come, as Pakistan was created as an independent, sovereign state, not as a puppet state of foreign powers.”

On Wednesday I will be holding a jalsa in Peshawar after Isha - my first jalsa after being removed through a foreign- instigated regime change. I want all our people to come, as Pakistan was created as an independent, sovereign state not as a puppet state of foreign powers.
