Six motorway sections closed due to thick fog

The winter’s bane – fog - has now started blanketing several areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, forcing the administration to shut down several sections of the motorway to avoid crashes that may occur due to low visibility, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

The different sections of the motorway that have been closed due to dense fog today are: M2 from Lahore to Sheikhupura, M1 from Lahore to Sialkot, M3 from Faizpur to Dur Khana, M4 from Abdul Hakeem to Faisalabad, M5 from Sher Shah to Rohri and M5 from Peshawar to Rashakai.
