Bail pleas of stage actresses Nigar Chaudhry and Nasira Rani rejected

A district and sessions court on Tuesday rejected bail petitions filed by stage actresses Nigar Chaudhary and Nasira Rani under PECA Act but approved bail of actress Maryam, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Additional and Session Court Judge announced verdict after hearing the arguments.

A case was filed in Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) against the above-mentioned three actresses on a petition filed by actress Nargis under PECA Act.

Advocate Zain Ali Qureshi appeared in the court on behalf of actress Nargis and submitted credible evidences against the actresses and proved them guilty.

It is necessary to mention here that at the time of announcement of verdict, both actresses Nasira and Nigar Chaudhary was not present in the court room.
