Federal govt orders more transfers and postings

The federal government has issued orders for transfer and posting of officers through official notifications by the Establishment Division.

According to the notifications, the services of former Assistant Commissioner Daska, Maham Mushtaq, have been handed over to the federal government. Maham Mushtaq, a Grade 17 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service posted in the Punjab government, has now been placed under the Islamabad administration.

In a separate development, the promotion orders of Police Service officer Mian Muhammad Mumtaz Hayat Manika to Grade 18, earlier granted by the Departmental Promotion Committee, have been withdrawn.

Mian Muhammad Mumtaz Hayat Manika has also been transferred from the National Highways and Motorway Police to the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA).

The Establishment Division has issued formal notifications regarding these decisions.
