Pakistani actor Nauman Ejaz was a guest in Munib Nawaz Podcast where he spoke about his stance on increasing divorce rate in the society.

Talking about it, he said, “Please, parents, stop marrying your children at early age until or unless a boy starts making a good living or becomes financially independent in order to avoid complications and crises. You are ruining two lives by marrying your children at young age. This is the main reason of the increasing divorce rate in our culture.”

He further stated that young couples suffer as a result of their limited financial resources, which inevitably results in heated fights, domestic disputes, and divorce. He advised parents to not meddle in their children's lives and to wait until they are old enough to make their own decisions before starting a new stage of life.
