Bad blood leaves five shot dead in Lakki Marwat

Five people lost their lives during firing between two groups over an old enmity in the Lakki Marwat area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Police said that the incident occurred in the Wanda Haji Gul area of Lakki Marwat. Police further revealed that three of the deceased were from one group while the remaining two belonged to another group.

Soon after receiving the report, a heavy contingent of police rushed to the spot where the dead bodies were shifted to the hospital for autopsy.

Earlier in another incident, four people breathed their last and seven were seriously injured when a clash erupted between two rival groups over a land dispute in Landi Kotal.

The incident occurred in the Khyber Neki Khel area of Landi Kotal.
