Nawaz League’s former senator Ch Tanveer arrested at Karachi Airport

Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Friday arrested former senator of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PML-N) Chaudhry Tanveer at Karachi Airport.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the PML-N’s former parliamentarian was wanted in an Anti-Corruption case and was trying to go abroad.

The sources said that a team of the anti-corruption department also raided the house of Chaudhry Tanveer to arrest him in Rawalpindi two days ago.
