Shahbaz Sharif forms committee for common man's justice: Azam Tarar

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has formed a special committee that will prepare suggestions for providing justice to the common man.

 Talking to 24NewsHD on Monday exclusively, newly sworn in federal minister Azam Nazir Tarar said the committee will review the constitutions and law for introducing necessary reforms aimed to facilitate common people.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif assigned the task to Federal Minister Azam Nazir Tarar and Federal Minister Senator Ishaq Dar.

The committee also comprising of Makhdoom Ali Khan, Zahid Hamid, Supreme Court Bar Association President Shahzad Shaukat and senior lawyer Muhammad Ahsan Bhoon.

Azam Tarar said that the committee will formulate recommendations for providing justice to the common man.

“The committee will make recommendations regarding removal of criminal, civil and constitutional hurdles in cases. The committee will also consult with coalition parties and other political parties,” he remarked.  

The federal minister further added that the committee would present a detailed package of legal reforms.

“The prime minister's priority is to deliver justice to the common man as Shehbaz Sharif is a democratic man and believes in democracy,” Azam Nazir Tarar maintained.
