75 more flights from Pakistan to Gulf countries cancelled

Flight operations for Gulf-bound airlines were severely impacted, with another 75 flights were cancelled on Wednesday due to the Iran conflict, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to details, 18 flights were cancelled from Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) which were heading to Doha, Bahrain, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.

As many as 22 flights were called off from Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIA). These flights were scheduled to land in Doha, Kuwait, Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

Another 19 flights, which were scheduled to depart for Riyadh, Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, were cancelled from New Islamabad International Airport (NIIA).

Sixteen flights bound for the Gulf countries were cancelled from Bacha Khan International Airport in Peshawar.

Only 14 flights from Karachi, 13 from Lahore, and 20 from Islamabad were operational.

Overall, 72 flights from all the airports of the country for Gulf destinations are currently operational.
