Shawwal crescent not sighted in Saudi Arabia, Eid on May 13

The Shawwal 1442 crescent was not sighted on Tuesday evening in Saudi Arabia, reported 24 News HD TV channel.
Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on Thursday, May 13, 2021 which will mark the end of the month of Ramazan.
Astronomers had gathered at the Sumair and Tumair observatory for the sighting of the moon.
The moon sighting committee in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday announced that the crescent or Shawwal moon had not been sighted.
Therefore, Wednesday, May 12, will be the last day of the holy month of Ramadan, and the first day of Eid-al-Fit will be celebrated on Thursday, May 13.
