Holly Madison accuses ex Zak Bagans of cheating with multiple women following breakup

Reality TV star and podcast host Holly Madison has accused her ex-boyfriend, Ghost Adventures lead Zak Bagans, of infidelity, alleging that he cheated on her with several women during their on-again, off-again relationship.

Madison made the claims via Instagram Stories on May 10, writing, “It’s a perfect day for ME and not my ex who I just found out was cheating on me with at least three other girls. Never too late to find out lol.” In a follow-up post, she added, “The count is now up to five girls now.”

Although Madison did not directly name Bagans, the timing of her posts came shortly after she confirmed their final breakup during a March episode of her Girls Next Level podcast, describing the relationship as “very off and on” over more than five years.

Bagans responded to the accusations in a statement to TMZ, saying, “We were on and off for 6 years. Broke up multiple times. We haven’t spoken in 3 months. Wish her the best.”

Madison also took to TikTok to further reflect on the situation, stating her “fantasy ‘I’m bored’ scenario” would be hearing the full story from the women allegedly involved. Her comments quickly sparked media attention and online speculation.

Known for her role in The Girls Next Door, Madison was previously married to entrepreneur Pasquale Rotella, with whom she shares two children. She remains a prominent figure in pop culture, co-hosting Girls Next Level with Bridget Marquardt, and recently expressed interest in reconciling with former co-star Kendra Wilkinson.
