FBR starts monitoring of online business activities

The Federal Bureau of Revenue has added another duty to its already long list of functions as the FBR has started to monitor the online business activities, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday, quoting its sources
As a first step, the Bureau is collecting data about the people doing export and import business online. E-commerce exporters and importers are also on the FBR’s radar now.
According to the FBR, dealers and couriers carrying on online payments and transactions will also be registered. The good declaration of the e-commerce exporters and importers will be done through registered couriers.
