Body on pneumonia spread to meet tomorrow
The Punjab government has constituted a five-member committee over the surge in pneumonia cases, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
On the direction of Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi, the committee has been formed. Allama Iqbal Medical College Principal of Prof Dr Ayesha Arif will head the body that will act as pneumonia expert advisory committee. It will recommend measures to cope with the challenge.
Executive director of Children's Complex Multan Dr Kashif Chishti is part of the committee which is scheduled to meet in Lahore tomorrow.
