A young man was murdered in Tandlianwala town of Punjab when he went to meet his sweetheart at her home late Monday night, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

The 22-year-old youth, identified as Nadeem, was invited by the girl to her home at night in the precincts of Saddar Police Station in Chak 404GB in Tandlianwala.

The girl’s family learnt about the plan and dashed their date night. They got hold of Nadeem and thrashed him black and blue which resulted into his death.

After getting the information, the Rescuee 1122 rushed to the site and tried to revive the young man through CPR but he succumbed to his torture injuries.

The Rescue personnel handed over the body the Saddar police officers who have launched a thorough probe into the incident.
