Faisal Karim Kundi, spokesperson of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) has confirmed that Aseefa Bhutto will become the first lady, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Tuesday.

Faisal Karim Kundi said in his statement that President Aseef Zardari will make an official announcement regarding Asifa Bhutto's status as first lady.

The PPP Spokesman said Aseefa Bhutto will be the first ‘First Lady’ who is a daughter of the President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari.

It may be mentioned here that the statements of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari on social media made people curious.

A photo with President Asif Zardari and Aseefa Bhutto was shared from the party account with a caption ‘First Lady with President’.

Bakhtawar Bhutto later shared the same photo and wrote: From court hearings with President Asif Zardari to his fight to be released from prison, now as the First Lady of Pakistan, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari by his side.
