Govt MPAs clash over ‘donkeys’ in Punjab Assembly

A clash erupted between Member of Punjab Assembly (MPA) Amjad Ali Javed and Provincial Minister for Education Rana Sikandar during assembly session on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHd TV channel.

During exchange of hot words, Education Minister said that a few days ago MPA Amjad Ali Javed used word ‘donkeys’ for teachers now. “Now, he will teach ethics to us,” he added.

In response to these allegations, MPA Amjad Ali Javed said that he was highlighting teachers issues. He went on to saying “I had said that those teachers who were appointed on fake degrees committing a crime and those teachers who were appointed on merit should not be called as donkeys.”

The Education Minister explained that MPA Amjad Ali Javed is picking his words and hashtag them on social media.

He said that they have become members of the provincial assembly after obtaining votes from the people and they should condemn his remarks.
