ANP leader escapes unhurt in Swat bomb blast

Awami National Part (ANP) leader and former nominated candidate from PK-9 Mumtaz Ali Khan escaped a roadside bomb blast in Shakardara area of Matta in Swat Valley on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to police, Mumtaz Ali’s car was damaged in the blast but he remained safe and there were no other casualties.
Mumtaz Ali Khan was on his way to attend a funeral when a bomb planted on the roadside exploded 300 feet from his house.
On receiving information of the blast, a heavy contingent of police force reached the spot and started investigation.
