PM Shehbaz summons cabinet meeting today

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif summoned a meeting of his cabinet in Islamabad today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to details, important decisions will be taken during the meeting. The Prime Minister directed all ministers to ensure their presence during the meeting.

The meeting with be held at Committee Room No 2 at Parliament House at 5:00 pm. The ministers will be briefed about the changes made further in the 27th Constitutional Amendment Bill.

On November 11, 225, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif called on President Asif Ali Zardari at Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad. They discussed overall security and political situation of the country.

Condemning the recent acts of terrorism, they reaffirmed that operations against foreign-sponsored terrorists and their facilitators will continue till terrorism is completely eliminated from the country.

The President and the Prime Minister also discussed matters of national importance.

Chairman Senate Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, and federal ministers Mohsin Naqvi, Chaudhry Salik Hussain, Azam Nazeer Tarar, Khalid Hussain Magsi and Abdul Aleem Khan were also present during the meeting.
