Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman Wednesday said Pakistan was on the brink of economic bankruptcy under the PTI government, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a public rally in Takhtbhai, he said that the state was at stake during Imran Khan’s government but we saved the country, there was a conspiracy to bring it to power, not to remove it.
“Imran Khan’s rule was not removed under any conspiracy but he was brought to power under a conspiracy and now he cannot come back to power”, he hinted.
Fazlur Rehman further alleged that Imran Khan’s anti-national agenda will never end. “Imran Khan failed the CPEC project at the behest of America. Why would America conspire against him because he is an American agent? His government had frozen the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and we have started the project again”, he added.
“Imran Khan came to power with the support of America, for which Israel and India funded, Imran Khan’s theft was revealed in the Election Commission, he revealed.
JUI chief further said Khan sold Pakistan to the IMF and that is why he was brought to power.
He said that instead of criticizing us, Imran Khan looked down his throat. Imran is now contesting elections from 9 seats, if 80 seats become vacant, then he will contest elections on those too, he criticized.
