Sindh High Court orders judicial transfers across district courts

The Sindh High Court on Monday notified a series of transfers and postings within the district judiciary, according to a notification issued by the assistant registrar (judicial).

As per the notification, Sessions Judge Zahoor Ahmed Hakro has been transferred from Malir to Karachi South. Additional Sessions Judge Javed Iqbal Malik has been moved from Karachi East to Malir.

In other transfers, Additional Sessions Judge Abdul Razak has been shifted from Kandhkot to Tando Muhammad Khan, while Additional Sessions Judge Syed Ijaz Ali Shah has been transferred from Mehar to Sujawal. Additional Sessions Judge Ashfaq Ahmed has been posted from Sujawal to Sanghar.

Furthermore, Additional Sessions Judge Ghaus Ali Shah has been transferred from Malir to Mehar, and Sessions Judge Ashfaq Mughal has been moved from Malir to Sujawal.

The notification also directed Additional Sessions Judge Dr. Arif Rajput to report to the Sindh High Court from Tando Muhammad Khan.

The reshuffle is part of routine administrative measures aimed at ensuring effective functioning of the district judiciary across the province.
