Section 144 imposed in Murree

Deputy Commissioner Murree Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi on Friday issued notification for imposition of Section 144 in Murree for three days starting from December 13, 2024 to December 15, 2024, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
No religious and political gathering will be held during these three days, said the notification.
A grand public jirga will be held in Lower Toppa in which former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and members of other political parties, MNAs and MPAs will participate.
Alliance Action Committee also announced complete strike in Murree tomorrow.
