A traffic warden was seriously injured after being deliberately rammed by a car during an altercation over illegal parking on Haripur GT Road, police said on Saturday. CCTV footage of the incident has been obtained by 24NewsHD TV.
According to police, the incident occurred when a driver continued to park his car in the middle of the road despite repeated instructions from police officials to move the vehicle forward. Traffic Warden Ashfaq later stood in front of the car to issue a challan for the traffic violation.
